What does esports event management include?
Esports event management includes tournament format design, bracket and scheduling, venue sourcing and operations, player logistics and registration, on-site technical coordination, broadcast integration, talent and caster management, sponsor activation, and post-event analytics and reporting.
Do you manage both online and LAN esports events?
Yes. We handle both fully online tournaments and LAN (offline) events. For online events we coordinate registration, bracket management, and broadcast. For LAN events we manage venue setup, player stations, stage production, and all on-site logistics from load-in to closing ceremony.
How far in advance should we book event management?
For small to mid-scale events, we recommend reaching out 6–8 weeks in advance. For large LAN tournaments or events with major sponsors and live audiences, 12–16 weeks gives us enough time to plan venues, production, and logistics properly.
Do you provide post-event reports and analytics?
Yes. After every event we deliver a comprehensive post-event report covering viewership data, peak concurrent viewers, VOD performance, sponsor impression counts, player participation stats, and a full debrief on operational outcomes.
Can Wiser Esports manage events outside Nepal?
Yes. While we are based in Kathmandu, Nepal, we have managed events across South Asia and operate remotely for online events anywhere in the world. For international LAN events, we work on a project basis with advance planning.
